One of those strikes came in a 2-0 home win over in November and sparked reports of transfer talks between and the club.
Remadnia, born in 2009 to Algerian and Tunisian parents, has been tearing it up in the academy and is widely viewed as the jewel of their youth system.
Blessed with searing pace, sharp feet and a ruthless streak in front of goal, he’s already attracting attention from Europe’s elite — but Chelsea have moved fastest.
Sources close to the player claim the Blues have tabled a five‑year proposal that would kick in when he turns 18 in March 2027, the earliest he can legally leave France.
The plan would see him start with the reserves before being eased towards first‑team football, following the club’s now‑familiar blueprint for elite teenage signings.
Chelsea have even offered to help relocate his parents to London, ensuring the youngster has a stable base as he develops — a move that shows just how serious the Blues are about landing him.
But the deal isn’t done yet with Remadnia’s entourage weighing up their options and Marseille desperate not to lose their rising star without a fight.
The French club’s sporting director Medhi Benatia has been trying to tie the youngster down to a new deal for months, but his club future remains up in the air.
Remadnia has just committed to play for at international level and has gone straight into their U20 squad after previously representing France’s Under-17s.
Youth coaches have praised his maturity, with some insiders tipping him as one of the most complete attacking prospects of his age group in France.
His ability to glide past defenders and finish with composure has already sparked comparisons with ’s ex-Ligue 1 recruit and star .
Chelsea’s interest is no surprise given their aggressive youth‑focused recruitment drive, which has seen them snap up top prospects from across Europe and South America.
