BRITAIN’s Got Talent fans have been left scratching their heads after Simon Cowell told child star James Miller that he’s “destined for the West End” – despite already starring in Oliver!
The 12-year-old took to the stage tonight with a rendition of The Explorer & The Bear from Paddington: The Musical.

Young James received a mix bag of reviews on his on social media but, one judge had nothing but praise.
Simon, 66, said: “The West End is the dream right?”
James replied: “Yes, definitely.”
Simon continued: “Well, you’re gonna get there, I promise you because you know what you want to be.

“It was a fantastic choice of song, we don’t hear that song a lot.
“You were in complete control of the song the whole way.”
However, were baffled at Simon’s words because James is already appearing in the West End.
Taking to social media one said: “Simon says you are going to get to the West End. Come on, surely he knows he’s already there?”
Another said: “Sorry but #bgt is absolutely getting a joke, James Miller wants to be a west end star, failed to mention he is already on the west end playing Oliver in Oliver, literally the main role.”
A third added: “I like James Miller, but this idea that he’s an undiscovered gem is false as he’s one of the Olivers in the West End!“
A fourth explained: “Apparently, James Miller had not yet landed the role of Oliver when #BGT auditions had been filmed, but these semi-finals are live, so they need to be honest.”
Simon may genuinely not have known that James has already landed a starring role in the West End.
But the young singer has been cast in the new musical production of Oliver! as one of the four Oliver Twist’s at the Gielgud Theatre in London’s West End.
Meanwhile, after the Hawkstone Farmers Choir he founded got through to the final.
In a celebratory video filmed with farm partner , Jeremy punched the air after the choir’s huge win.
Hawkstone Farmers Choir will now compete alongside the likes of and in next week’s live final.
